摘 要:在全面饲料禁抗背景下,抗菌肽因其具有不易产生耐药性抗菌谱广等优势备受研究者关注。大量研究证明抗菌肽具有提高家禽生产性能、免疫功能、肠道形态等功能,因此广泛应用于家禽养殖中。文章总结了抗菌肽的分类、生物学活性、作用机理并阐述了在家禽养殖中的应用情况,旨在为抗菌肽在家禽养殖方面的应用提供参考。Under the background of the total prohibition of antibiotics in feed stuff,antimicrobial peptides are not easy to produce drug resistance and have a wide antibacterial spectrum.In recent years,they have attracted the attention of researchers.A large number of studies have proved that antimicrobial peptides can improve the production performance of poultry,promote the development of immune organs and the secretion of immune proteins,improve the disease resistance of poultry,improve the intestinal microbiota and intestinal morphology,and improve the absorption of nutrients by the intestine.Therefore,antimicrobial peptides are widely used in poultry breeding.This paper reviewed the classification,biological activity and action mechanism of antimicrobial peptides,and expounded the application in poultry breeding,in order to provide reference for the application of anti⁃microbial peptides in poultry breeding.
