摘　　要：随着行政管理体制改革步伐的加快,商业银行组织结构改革作为其实现长期经营发展目标、完善行政运营机制的关键,对实现商业银行有效运营具有重要意义。从商业银行组织结构概述入手,介绍商业银行组织结构的主流模式及现存的问题,并对中国工商银行的大部制改革案例进行分析,以期为其他国有商业银行组织结构改革提供经验借鉴。With the acceleration of the reform of the administrative management system,the reform of the organizational structure of the commercial bank as the key to achieve the long-term business development goals and improve the administrative operation mechanism,is of great significance to realize the effective operation of the commercial bank.Based on the analysis of the basic form of the organizational structure of commercial banks,this paper introduces the mainstream mode and existing problems of the organizational structure of commercial banks,and analyzes the case of the big department system reform of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China,in order to provide experience for the organizational structure reform of other state-owned commercial banks.
