摘　　要：财经类专业人才是创业项目不可或缺的组成部分。“思政+创新创业”的教育融合将有助于培养德才兼备、全面发展的财经人才,助力创新创业的发展。围绕“学知识”“强素质”“练能力”的融合理念,地方高校可以打造三大育人体系,即显隐结合的课程体系、项目牵引的教学体系、以赛促教的实践体系。学校需要高度重视创新创业教育的保障,以推动地区经济建设与教育发展。Financial professionals are an integral part of entrepreneurial projects.The educational integration of“ideology and politics+innovation and entrepreneurship”is conducive to the cultivation of financial and economic talents with both ability and political integrity and comprehensive development,and is conducive to the development of innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on the integration concept of“learning knowledge”,“strengthening quality”and“practical ability”,local colleges and universities can build three education systems,namely,the curriculum system that combines the explicit and the implicit,the teaching system led by projects,and the practice system of promoting teaching by competition.Colleges and universities should attach great importance to the guarantee of innovation and entrepreneurship education to promote regional economic construction and educational development.
