摘 要:详细介绍了煤化工硫回收装置常用的克劳斯尾气处理工艺和超级/超优克劳斯工艺的流程,并针对煤化工领域硫回收装置的工艺要求,对不同硫回收工艺的适用性和技术特点进行了对比和分析;介绍了五种深度脱硫技术的工艺流程,并从吸收剂及配套实施、SO_(2)排放指标、脱硫污染物、能源消耗、生产成本、装置投资及建设、技术优缺点等方面进行比较。综合考虑经济性、技术性和环保要求,超级/超优克劳斯工艺与钠法脱硫工艺结合,是煤化工硫回收工艺的最佳选择。The process flow of Claus tail gas treatment process and super/super excellent Claus process commonly used in sulphur recovery units in coal chemical industry are introduced in detail,and the applicability and technical characteristics of the above sulphur recovery processes are compared and analyzed in accordance with the process requirements of sulphur recovery units in the field of coal chemical industry.The technological processes of five deep desulfurization technologies are introduced,and comparisons are made in terms of absorbent and supporting implementation,SO_(2) emission indicators,desulfurization pollutants,energy consumption,production costs,device investment and construction,and technical advantages and disadvantages.Considering economic,technicality,and environmental requirements,the combination of super/super excellent Claus process and sodium desulfurization process is the best choice for sulphur recovery processes in coal chemical industry.
