摘　　要：介绍了北方铜业420 kt/a冶炼烟气制酸装置的工艺方案及设计特点、主要设备和技术改造情况,对运行过程中存在的问题进行了分析并采取了针对性措施,取得了良好的效果。通过对转化工序和脱硫工序不断改进,制酸装置运行平稳,主要工艺技术指标均达到或优于设计值,排放尾气中ρ(SO_(2))≤30 mg/m^(3),颗粒物(ρ)≤3 mg/m^(3),满足国家标准规定的超低排放要求。The process plan,design features,main equipments and technical transformation of the 420 kt/a sulphuric acid plant from smelting flue gas in North Copper are introduced.The problems existing in the operation process are analyzed,targeted measures are taken,and good results were achieved.Through continuous improvement of the conversion process and desulfurization process,the acid-making unit operates smoothly,the main process technical indicators are up to or better than the design value,the mass concentration of SO_(2) in the exhaust gas is less than or equal to 30 mg/m^(3),and the mass concentration of particulate matter is less than or equal to 3 mg/m^(3),meeting the ultra-low emission requirements specified in the national standard.
