摘  要:介绍了传统湿式冷却塔的工作原理及运行过程中存在的问题,以及逆流式消雾节水冷却塔的结构特点、羽雾消除原理、节水原理和应用效果。针对传统湿式冷却塔存在的羽雾污染问题,金川集团股份有限公司镍冶炼厂提出了采用逆流式消雾节水冷却塔代替传统湿式冷却塔的改造方案。生产实践证明,逆流式消雾节水冷却塔可明显减少冬季冷却塔上方的白雾,且饱和水蒸气冷凝成水滴流入水池可循环使用,起到了消除羽雾和节水的作用,具有较好的环境效益与经济效益。The working principle and problems existing in the operation of traditional wet cooling towers,as well as the structural characteristics,plume elimination principle,water saving principle,and application effects of counter-current fog elimination and water saving cooling towers are introduced.In response to the problem of plume fog pollution in traditional wet cooling towers,Nickel Smelting Plant,Jinchuan Group Co.,Ltd.proposes a retrofit plan to replace traditional wet cooling towers with counter-current fog elimination and water saving cooling towers.Production practice has proven that the counter-current fog elimination and water saving cooling tower can significantly reduce the white fog above the cooling tower in winter,and the saturated water vapor condenses into water droplets and flows into the pool for recycling,playing a role in eliminating plume fog and saving water,with good environmental and economic benefits.
