摘　　要：随着我国各级政府部门对人民群众生命财产安全的重视程度不断提升,对于一线消防救援队伍的实战处置能力提出了更高要求,为了有效弥补救援力量较为薄弱的实际问题,各级消防救援队伍通过招录一定比例的合同制消防员与现役消防员组成混编队,通过有效对标消防救援队伍新定位、新要求和新使命,及时查找混编形式消防救援队伍在日常实战化训练工作开展过程中存在的短板和不足,提出了针对性的整改措施,以期有效促进队伍执勤训练活动的深入开展。With the increasing attention of government departments at all levels in China to the safety of people's lives and property,higher requirements have been put forward for the actual combat handling ability of front-line fire rescue teams,in order to effectively make up for the actual problem of relatively weak rescue forces,fire rescue teams at all levels have recruited a certain proportion of contract firefighters and active firefighters to form mixed formations,and effectively benchmarked the new positioning,new requirements and new missions of fire rescue teams.Timely find out the shortcomings and deficiencies in the daily practical training of the mixed fire rescue team,and put forward targeted rectification measures in order to effectively promote the in-depth development of the team's on-duty training activities.
