摘 要:抽油机系统能耗问题日趋严重,直接影响油田的开采成本。面对机采井数和产液量不断增加、平均单井产油量下降的不利局面,为控制生产成本及机采耗电持续上升的势头,不断探索完善机采节能技术,加大节能设备的应用力度。深入开展提高抽油系统效率的技术研究,对提高油田采油工程技术水平和经济效益具有重要意义。通过分析吐哈油田抽油机井系统效率现状,研究分析影响系统效率的一些主要因素,总结了近几年在提高系统效率上所做的主要工作及取得的成功经验。通过现场测试对抽油井系统进行分析,提出了提高系统效率的技术对策,为油田下一步提高系统效率提出了意见和建议。The energy consumption of pumping unit system is becoming more and more serious,which directly affects the production cost of oilfield.Faced with the adverse situation that the number of mechanical production wells and liquid production are increasing and the average liquid production for single well is declining,in order to control the production cost and the continued rise in the power consumption of mechanical production,constantly exploring and improving the energy conservation technology of mechanical production and increasing the application strength of energy conservation equipment is necessary.It is of great significance to improve the technical level and economic benefit of oil production engineering to carry out in-depth research on improving the efficiency of oil pumping system.By analyzing the current situation of system efficiency of pumping unit in Tuha oilfield,some main factors affecting system efficiency are studied and analyzed,and the main work and successful experience in improving system efficiency in recent years have been summarized.The pumping well system is analyzed through the field test,and the technical countermeasures that improve the system efficiency are put forward,which can improve the system efficiency for the next step of oilfield and put forward comments and suggestions.
