摘　　要：针对油田生产过程中油井套管气和储油罐挥发气影响油井正常生产和造成环境污染的情况,创新发明了防冻堵定压放气阀和定时定压的储油罐挥发气回收装置,充分回收了油井套管气和大罐挥发气。防冻堵定压放气阀利用油井产出液自身的热量为放气阀伴热,解决了套管气在回收过程中因气锁、节流、冻堵等影响生产的难题,使用后井口回压与套压明显下降,并提高了油井产量,将收集的套管气用于井口燃气加温装置,节约了为集油管线伴热的用电。采用定时定压的混输型储油罐抽气装置,解决了以往回收装置因橡胶气囊易老化和螺杆压缩机进入液体造成设备损坏及闪爆的技术难题,充分回收了大罐挥发气,消除了安全环保风险。同时利用天然气发电装置将回收的天然气用于站内外生产用电。伴生气的回收与利用,既保证了井站的正常生产,又提高了油井产量,降低了环境污染,实现了绿色低碳生产。In view of the situation where oil well casing gas and oil storage tank volatile gas are affected the normal production of oil well and caused environmental pollution during the production process of oilfield,the anti-freezing plugging fixed pressure bleed valve and the recycling device of oil storage tank volatile gas with timed and fix pressure are innovated and invented,and the oil well casing gas and large tank volatile gas are fully recovered.The anti-freezing plugging fixed pressure bleed valve is used the heat of the produced liquid itself of oil well to accompany heat the bleed valve,which solves the difficult problems that casing gas may be affected the production due to gas locking,throttling and freezing blocking and so on in the recovery process.After using the casing gas,the wellhead back pressure and casing pressure are decreased,which improves the production of the oil well.The collected casing gas is used in the heating device of wellhead fuel gas,saving electricity consumption for oil collecting line heating.The pumping device of mixing storage tank with with timed and fix pressure is adopted to solve the previous recovery device due to rubber bag aging and screw compressor into the liquid caused by equipment damage and flash technical problems,fully recover the volatile gas in the large tank,eliminate the risk of safety and environmental protection.At the same time,the power generation device of natural gas will be used the recovered natural gas generating electricity for the production electricity of inside and outside the station.The associated gas recovery and utilization isn't only ensure the normal production of the well station,but aslo increases well production,reduces environmental pollution,and realizes green and low-carbon production.
