摘 要:针对大王庄油田部分供液不足的抽油机井人工调参工作量大、能耗高、配套的超高转差率电动机只能在固定功率下运行、功率利用率低的问题,通过开展抽油机井智能控制技术研究,实现在产量不下降的前提下,自动调节冲次与电动机转矩,达到供采平衡、电动机转矩与负载合理匹配,该技术应用后抽油机电动机有功功率、无功功率下降明显,功率因数显著提升,综合节电率达20.52%,系统效率提高3.94%,取得了良好的综合经济效益,同时,该技术兼具软启动、安装操作方便、过载保护、缺相保护等优点,可实现全自动控制、无人值守、远程控制,具有广泛的推广价值和应用前景。In view of the problems of large manual adjustment workload,high energy consumption,supporting the ultra-high slip rate motor only operated at a fixed power,and low power utilization in pumping wells with insufficient liquid supply in the Dawangzhuang oilfield,by carrying out the research of intelligent control technology for pumping wells,it is possible to achieve automatic adjustment of stroke times and motor torque without a drop in production,which achieves a balance between supply and production and a reasonable match between motor torque and load.After the application of this technology,the active power and reactive power of the pumping unit motor are decreased obviously and the power factor is increased significantly,which makes the comprehensive power saving rate reach by 20.52%,makes the system efficiency increase by 3.94%,and obtains good comprehensive economic benefits.At the same time,this technology has many advantages such as soft start,easy installation,overload protection,lack of phase protection and so on,realizing fully automatic control,unattended and remote control and having wide promotion value and application prospects.
