摘  要:该文提出了一种用于锁相环的宽输出范围低电流失配的电荷泵电路。电路中引入负反馈回路,对电荷泵放电电流进行补偿,实现了充放电电流动态匹配,降低了电荷泵的电流失配率;采用低压偏置共源共栅电流镜代替传统电流镜,在降低输出电流变化量的同时保证了较大的电压输出范围;利用电压跟随技术消除了电荷共享效应。该电路基于0.18μm CMOS工艺进行设计,使用软件完成电路仿真验证。结果表明,在电源电压为1.8 V时,电荷泵的输出电流为10μA,输出电压在0.2~1.5 V的范围内,最大电流失配率为0.12%。This paper presents a chare pump used in phase⁃locked loop with wide output range and low current mismatch.A negative feedback loop is employed to compensate the discharge current,which dynamically balances the charge and the discharge current and lowers the current mismatch of the charge pump.A low⁃voltage biased cascade current mirror is used to reduce the variation of output current and ensure a wide output voltage range.A voltage following technique is used to eliminate the charge sharing effects.The circuit was designed based on a 0.18μm CMOS process and verified by simulation.The results show that,as the power supply voltage is 1.8 V,the output current of the charge pump is 10μA,and the maximum electrical loss ratio is 0.12%within the output voltage range of 0.2~1.5 V.
