摘　　要：基于国家电网“三型两网”建设战略部署,推进配电系统向无人化、数字化方向发展,实现配电系统故障可预判的目标,采用电能表计量专用芯片RN8302B和STM32单片机内置FreeRTOS小型操作系统,设计实现了一种可实时检测低压电网三相电压、三相电流、有功功率、无功功率和视在功率等参数的多功能表,测量参数通过LCD直接显示,并可通过有线或无线通信的方式将测量信息上传,以便进行后续的数据处理、分析以及研判。经测试表明,所有测量参数误差均小于1%,满足配电系统性能检测要求。Based on the strategic deployment of the"three types and two networks"construction of the State Grid,promote the development of the distribution system in the direction of unmanned and digital,and realize the goal that the fault of the distribution system can be predicted.Using the special chip RN8302B for electric energy meter measurement and STM32 single chip microcomputer with built⁃in FreeRTOS small operating system,the design realizes a device that can detect the three⁃phase voltage,three⁃phase current and active power of the low⁃voltage power grid in real time,for the multi⁃function table of reactive power,apparent power and other parameters,the measurement parameters are directly displayed through LCD,and the measurement information can be uploaded through wired or wireless communication for subsequent data processing,analysis and judgment.The test shows that the error of all measured parameters is less than 1%,which meets the performance detection requirements of distribution system.
