摘 要:稠油热采井生产过程中水泥环完整性失效严重危害稠油热采井的安全高效开发。已有研究未见稠油热采井水泥环拉伸疲劳破坏寿命预测的研究。本文基于Zhaoguang Yuan等人关于水泥环拉伸应变疲劳寿命研究的方法,提出了适用于稠油热采井水泥环拉伸疲劳破坏寿命预测的应力疲劳寿命预测方法。利用室内实验测试水泥环的疲劳破坏寿命,采用Abaqus有限元软件获取水泥环疲劳破坏对应的应力值,建立了稠油热采井水泥环应力疲劳寿命方程。基于所建立的方法和方程,研究了地层弹性模量、热采井升温周期、水泥环热膨胀倍数对水泥环拉伸破坏疲劳寿命的影响,研究表明地层弹性模量、注蒸汽升温周期、水泥环热膨胀倍数对热采井水泥环的寿命影响较大,硬地层环境、适当增加注蒸汽升温时间、适当增加水泥环的热膨胀倍数均有利于热采井水泥环寿命的延长。The integrity failure of cement sheath during the production process of heavy oil thermal recovery wells seriously endangers the safe and efficient development of heavy oil thermal recovery wells.There is no research on predicting the tensile fatigue life of cement sheath in heavy oil thermal recovery wells.In this paper,based on the research method of Zhaoguang Yuan et al.on the tensile strain fatigue life of cement sheath,a stress fatigue life prediction method suitable for predicting the tensile fatigue failure life of cement sheath in heavy oil thermal recovery wells is proposed.The fatigue failure life of cement sheath is tested by indoor experiments,and the stress value corresponding to the fatigue failure of cement sheath is obtained by using Abaqus finite element software.The stress fatigue life equation of cement sheath for heavy oil thermal recovery wells is established.Based on the established methods and equations,the effects of formation elastic modulus,temperature rise period of thermal recovery wells,and thermal expansion multiple of cement sheath on the tensile failure fatigue life of cement sheath are studied.The research shows that the formation elastic modulus,temperature rise period of steam injection,and thermal expansion multiple of cement sheath have a greater impact on the life of cement sheath of thermal recovery wells,and the hard formation environment,properly increase the temperature rise time of steam injection proper increase of the thermal expansion ratio of the cement sheath is beneficial to the extension of the life of the cement sheath in thermal recovery wells.
