摘　　要：邯郸洗选厂分析论证现有振动击打弧形筛对生产的影响以及存在的问题,最终选用了效果更佳的叠层高频细筛,通过对改造后叠筛使用效果的数据进行分析,筛分效率明显提升,同时,“跑水”问题得到有效解决,降低了职工劳动强度,有利于最终精煤整体灰分和水分指标控制,极大地提升了经济效益。Handan Washing Plant analyzed and demonstrated the impact of the existing vibration striking arc screen on production and the existing problems,and finally selected a better stacked high-frequency fine screen.Through the analysis of the data on the use effect of the folded screen after transformation,the screening efficiency was significantly improved.At the same time,the problem of"water leakage"was effectively solved,reducing the labor intensity of workers,and further facilitating the final control of the overall ash content and moisture index of clean coal,The economic benefits have been greatly improved.
