摘  要:南水8号是南京农业大学培育的新型水果黄瓜品种,属光皮长黄瓜类型,营养丰富,单性结实能力强,但制种产量不高。为提高南水8号的制种产量,本试验研究了授粉方式、留瓜节位及制种棚中悬挂防虫网对种子数量和质量的影响。结果表明:采用熊蜂授粉时,南水8号水果黄瓜制种产量高于人工授粉;最佳留瓜节位为11节;制种网室悬挂一层防虫网有利于提高单瓜饱满种子数,可较无防虫网条件下提升114.60%。Nanshui No.8 is a new fruit cucumber variety breed by Nanjing Agricultural University.It belongs to the type of smooth skin and long cucumber with rich nutrition and strong parthenocarpy ability,but the yield of seed production is not high.In order to improve the seed production yield of Nanshui No.8,this experiment studied the effects of pollination method,preserving melon node and insect prevention net hanged in the seed production shed on the quantity and quality of seed.The results showed that the seed production yield of fruit cucumber Nanshui No.8 pollinated by bumblebee was higher than that of artificial pollination.The best preserving melon node was 11.Hanginga layer of insect prevention net in the seed production net room was beneficial to improving the number of full seeds per melon,which was 114.60%higher than that without insect prevention net.
