摘 要:广东紫珠是江西省道地森林药材,在萍乡市已有多年的种植历史。本研究以“神舟八号”飞船搭载的广东紫珠种子为试验材料,以株高、地径和形态特征变异为选育目标,通过筛选SP1代变异单株进行广东紫珠新种质选育。结果表明:广东紫珠SP1代群体株高、地径生长量变异均大于对照(低温储藏种子)群体;从SP1代群体中选育出4个变异株,可为后续研究提供选育方向。Callicarpa kwangtungensis is a genuine forest medicinal material in Jiangxi Province,which has been planted in Pingxiang for many years.In this study,the seeds of Callicarpa kwangtungensis carried by"Shenzhou 8"spacecraft were used as experimental materials,and the plant height,ground diameter and morphological characteristics variation were selected as breeding objectives,and the new germplasm selection of Callicarpa kwangtungensis was carried out by screening the SP 1 generation variation single plant.The results showed that the variations of plant height and ground diameter growth of the SP 1 population of Callicarpa kwangtungensis were greater than those of the control(seeds stored at low temperature)population.Four mutants were selected from the population of SP 1 generation,which could provide breeding direction for future research.
