摘 要:光皮桦是速生、耐瘠薄、适应性强、材质上等的优良用材树种,但在生产中存在采种难、种子小、种子寿命短等问题。本试验以光皮桦22个家系的种子为材料,在低温贮藏的条件下,每月进行1次种子发芽能力检测,探讨各家系种子发芽能力的变化趋势。结果表明,储藏12个月后,14号家系种子发芽率由86.67%下降到20.00%,下降了76.92%;11号家系种子发芽率由58.00%下降到8.00%,下降了86.21%;而50号家系种子发芽率降为0。整个试验中平均发芽率较高且下降较为平缓的3个家系为26号、17号、51号,其平均发芽率分别为75.00%、61.83%、61.67%。方差分析结果表明,光皮桦不同家系之间的种子发芽率差异极显著。Betula luminifera is an excellent timber tree with fast-growing,barren resistant,strong adaptability and superior quality,but there are some problems in production,such as difficulty in seed collection,small seed size,short seed life and so on.In this experiment,the seeds of 22 families of Betula luminifera were used as materials,the seed germination ability was tested oncea month to explore the change trend of the seed germination ability of each family under the condition of low temperature storage.The results showed that after 12 months of storage,the seed germination rate of No.14 family decreased from 86.67%to 20.00%(decreased by 76.92%),the seed germination rate of No.11 family decreased from 58.00%to 8.00%(decreased by 86.21%),and the seed germination rate of No.50 family decreased to 0.In the whole experiment,there were three families with high average germination rate and relatively slow decline,namely No.26,No.17 and No.51,with average germination rate of 75.00%,61.83%and 61.67%respectively.The results of variance analysis showed that the difference of seed germination rate among different families of Betula luminifera was very significant.
