摘　　要：二甲双胍是指南推荐的一种廉价、有效的治疗糖尿病的基础药物,已在临床上广泛应用。越来越多的证据表明二甲双胍除了降血糖作用外,还具有显著的对抗动脉粥样硬化的作用,但目前并未明确二甲双胍抗动脉粥样硬化的机制,本文就二甲双胍抗动脉粥样硬化的研究进展进行总结和论述。Metformin is a cheap and effective basic drug for the diabetes recommended by the guidelines,and it has been widely used clinically.More and more evidence shows that metformin not only has hypoglycemic effect,but also has a significant anti-atherosclerotic effect,but the anti-atherosclerotic mechanism of metformin is not clear.The research progress of metformin antagonizing atherosclerosis is summarized and discussed in this paper.
