摘　　要：新农科背景下,社会急需大批能创新、会创业的高素质农业人才,人才需求呈现多样化,而高等农业院校承担着培养高级农业应用型人才的任务,这在全球的农业人才培养教育模式改革中已达成共识。该文分析农学类专业人才培养模式存在的问题,通过改革人才培养模式、教学方法和手段等措施,探索并实践将双创教育融入农业复合应用型人才培养模式,以适应21世纪高等农业教育人才培养模式改革的需要。In the context of new agricultural science,the society is in urgent need of a large number of high-quality agricultural talents who can innovate and start businesses,and the demand for talents is diversified,and agricultural colleges and universities undertake the task of training advanced agricultural applied talents,which has reacheda consensus in the global reform of agricultural talent training and education mode.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the talent training mode of agricultural specialty,and explores and practices the integration of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education into the agricultural compound applied talent training mode by reforming the talent training mode,teaching methods,means and other measures,in order to meet the needs of the reform of talent training mode in higher agricultural education in the 21st century.
