摘　　要：火电设备数量多而且复杂,对性能要求千差万别,为了做好设备选型工作,本文从火电设备招标时通用与专用要求提出技术规范书的编制方法,这有利于在招标过程中,编制出合理的、经济的、符合实际的技术规范书。The number of thermal power equipment is large and complex,and the performance requirements vary greatly.In order to do a good job in equipment selection,this paper proposes the preparation method of technical specifications from the general and special requirements of thermal power equipment bidding,which is conducive to the preparation of reasonable,economic and practical technical specifications in the bidding process.
