摘　　要：研究目的:探讨耕地资源禀赋、农业劳动力转移对耕地利用功能转型的影响机制,推动耕地利用转型和多功能管理。研究方法:面板门槛模型分析。研究结果:(1)资源禀赋、农业劳动力转移对耕地利用功能综合水平和耕地利用功能形态均存在门槛效应,长期来看劳动力转移对耕地利用功能综合水平的提升趋于有利,对耕地利用功能形态的影响呈现从“正向到负向再到负向略有缓解”的变化特征;(2)当纳入耕地资源禀赋考虑时,劳动力转移对耕地利用功能综合水平和耕地利用功能形态的影响从“负”转变为“正”,且随着耕地资源禀赋的上升正向影响不断凸显。研究结论:要因势利导,把握本地区劳动力转移的发展趋势,通过农业技术创新和农业生产政策的完善合理调控劳动力结构及农业要素投入。同时,要善于发挥本地区耕地资源禀赋的优势并认识其与社会经济发展的内在耦合性和阶段差异性,在劳动力转移过程中加强全域土地综合整治和生态保护修复,推动适度规模经营并挖掘发展特色农业产业,以实现耕地利用转型和功能优化升级。The purpose of this study is to explore the influencing mechanism of farmland endowment and rural labor transfer on farmland use multifunction transition in Zhejiang Province.The panel threshold model was used to demonstrate the threshold effects of farmland endowment and rural labor transfer on farmland use multifunction transition and other quantitative relationships among selected variables.The results show that:1)farmland endowment and rural labor transfer pose threshold effects on both farmland multifunction comprehensive level and functional pattern.In the long run,rural labor transfer tends to be more favorable for the promotion of multifunction comprehensive level,and it poses periodic influence of“positive to negative and slightly negative”on functional pattern.2)Taking farmland endowment into account,the impact of labor transfer on comprehensive multifunction level and functional pattern changes from“negative”to“positive”,and the positive impact becomes increasingly prominent with the increase of farmland endowment.In conclusion,it is necessary to grasp the developing trend of labor transfer.The improvement in agricultural technology and a series of supporting policy is needed for adjusting labor force structure and agricultural factor input so as to promote the spatial optimization and functional upgrading of agriculture.Meanwhile,the advantages of farmland resource endowment should be exploited,and the inherent coupling and stage difference between farmland resource endowment and socioeconomic development should be investigated.In the process of labor transfer,the government needs to strengthen the comprehensive land consolidation and ecological protection,and to develop new forms of agricultural industry to realize the optimization of farmland use pattern and multifunction transition.
