摘　　要：对《广播电视安全播出管理规定》电视专业实施细则中关于电视外场直播的有关条文进行解读,结合淄博市淄川区融媒体中心电视外场电视直播的实践经验,在分析外场电视直播系统的搭建、方案组织实施、信号传输流程和新型直播案例的基础上,重点分析PGM节目合成信号传输链路处理流程,以确保直播信号高质量安全播出。This article interprets the relevant provisions of the“Regulations on the Administration of Safe Broadcasting of Radio and Television”(Order No.62 of the State Administration of Radio,Film and Television)with exploration of the TV field live broadcast in the TV professional implementation rules,and combines the practical experience at Zichuan County Integrated Media Center,to explain and discuss the construction of the outfield TV live broadcast system,program organization and implementation,signal transmission process and new live broadcast cases.This paper focuses on the processing flow of the PGM program synthesis signal transmission link to ensure high-quality and safe live signals.
