摘  要:试制不同烧结助剂含量的氮化硅陶瓷球面滚子,分析其材料性能;制备氮化硅陶瓷球面滚子装混合调心滚子轴承,并进行性能试验。结果表明:通过粉料处理技术和工艺的优化及控制,能够实现低烧结助剂含量的Si3N4陶瓷制备。陶瓷材料烧结助剂含量较低时,其硬度高,相同致密度的情况下陶瓷滚子的密度低。与钢制滚子轴承相比,混合调心滚子轴承在运转过程中轴承温升相对较小。Trial production of Si3N4 ceramic rollers with difierent level of sintering aid was done,and influence of the material properties was analyzed.The bearings with Si3N4 ceramic spherical rollers had been successfully manufactured and tested.The results showed that using power treatment technology and process optimization control can manufacture the Si3N4 ceramic with low level of sintering aid.The ceramic rollers with low level of sintering aid composition may have higher hardness,lower density under the same densification.Compared with steel roller bearings,hybrid ceramic roller bearings observed lower temperature rising in bearing tests.
