摘  要:轴承零件的黑色氧化处理可以提高轴承的防腐能力和抗擦伤能力,现在越来越多地应用在例如风电轴承等高端轴承领域。目前,研究和技术标准主要针对的是黑色氧化处理后轴承的防腐能力,对其抗擦伤能力尚无系统的研究。本文通过系列试验,对黑色氧化膜的抗擦伤能力进行了评价验证,证明了黑色氧化膜具有良好抗擦伤性能,能有效地提升轴承寿命。The black oxidation treatment of bearing parts is more and more used in high-end bearing fields such as wind power bearings.The service conditions of these bearings determine that their surfaces are required to have the ability of anti scratch.At present,the research and technical standards are mainly aimed at the corrosion resistance of the bearing after black oxidation treatment,but there is no systematic study on its scratch resistance.Through the test,the scratch resistance of the black oxide film is evaluated and verified.It is proved that the black oxide film has good scratch resistance and can effectively improve the service life of the bearing.
