摘  要:本文通过无线张紧力传感器,测量电梯每根曳引绳受力情况,通过蓝牙装置将测量数据传送到计算端,当某根曳引绳力的偏差超过平均受力±5%时,在显示界面发出提示,通过计算给出调节目标值。通过大扭矩扳手依次调节螺母,进而调节曳引绳受力分布,当达到预定值的时候发出报警,最终实现每根钢丝绳受力均匀。In this paper through wireless tension sensor,measure the force on each traction rope of the elevator,the measurement data is transmitted to the computing terminal through the bluetooth device,when the force deviation of a traction rope exceeds±5%of the average force,send a prompt on the display interface,the adjustment target value is given through calculation.Adjust the adjusting nuts successively with a large torque wrench,then adjust the force distribution of the traction rope,when the preset value is reached,an alarm will be given,finally the force of each wire rope is uniform.
