摘  要:针对不确定环境下作业车间动态调度性能评估问题,利用在线调度方法对扰动环境下作业车间调度性能进行仿真研究,设计了一种面向对象的动态多场景生成模型。首先,基于Plant Simulation搭建作业车间动态仿真平台。其次,考虑设备故障、紧急插单、工件随机到达、交货期紧迫性变化等不确定因素进行动态场景车间结构设计,构建作业车间动态多场景。然后,综合考虑5类调度指标,基于20种调度策略进行在线调度分析,并比较不同策略在不同指标下的调度性能,以此构建作业车间动态多场景知识库。在实际生产中,辅助调度人员进行决策,以指导实际生产。最后,以某机加工车间为例,进行动态多场景实例仿真。算例结果表明了所提方法的可行性与有效性。In order to evaluate the performance of job shop dynamic scheduling in uncertain eiwironment,the online scheduling method is used to simulate the performance of job shop scheduling in,disturbed eiwironment,and an object-oriented dynamic multi-scene generation model is designed.Firstly,a dynamic workshop Simulation platform was built based on Plant Simulation.Secondly,considering the uncertain factors such as equipment failure,emergency insertion,random arrival of the workpiece,and urgent change of delivery time,the workshop structure was designed for the dynamic scenario,and the dynamic multi-scenario of the workshop was constructed.Then,based on the comprehensive consideration of 5 kinds of scheduling indicators,online scheduling analysis was carried out based on 20 scheduling strategies,and the scheduling peiformance of different strategies under different indicators was compared,so as to build a dynamic multi-scene knowledge base of the job shop.In the actual production,auxiliary scheduling personnel could make decisions to guide the actual production.Finally,taking a machining workshop as an example,the dynamic multi-scene simulation is carried out.An example shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
