摘 要:目的:用有限元的方法模拟临床上车祸造成的心肺穿透伤的真实情况,使用医工结合的手段为相关的医疗救治提供理论支持。方法:采用Hypermesh软件建立以中国50百分位人体尺寸为依据的胸部有限元模型,将城市道路护栏简化为薄壁长杆,使用LS-DYNA进行基于人体胸部有限元模型的薄壁长杆穿透心肺的仿真求解。通过类比的方法和理论分析得出城市道路护栏穿透心肺时产生与弹体穿透岩体类似的侵彻效应。结果:通过仿真和“侵彻”分析得出端部形状不同的薄壁长杆穿透心肺产生的“尖端效应”和“空腔效应”,以及心肺损伤程度与长杆的动能、端口形状、穿透角度和稳定性有关。结论:尖端或速度快的薄壁长杆对心肺的穿透侵彻作用强,平端或低速的薄壁长杆对心肺的挤压作用更强。Objective:To simulate the true situation of cardiopulmonary penetrating injuries caused by clinical car accidents with finite element methods,and to provide theoretical support for related medical treatment by means of combining medical and industrial methods.Method tit uses Hypermesh software to establish the 50th percentile in China The chest finite element model based on the size of the human body reduces the urban road guardrail to a thin-walled long rod.The LS-DYNA is used to simulate and solve the thin-walled long rod penetrating the heart and lungs based on the human chest finite element model.By analogy and theory the analysis shows that the urban road guardrail penetrates the heart and lungs and produces the same penetration effect as the projectile penetrates the rock.Results t Through simulation and"penetration"analysis,it is obtained that the thin-walled long rods with different end shapes penetrate the heart and lungs.The"tip effect"and"cavity effect",and the degree of cardiopulmonary injury are related to the kinetic energy of the long rod,the shape,the penetration angle and stability of the end.Conclusion:The sharp or fast thin-walled long rod has a strong penetration effect on the heart and lungs.Flat-end or lowspeed thin-walled long rods squeeze the heart and lungs strongly.
