摘  要:在饲料膨化的过程中,挤压温度至关重要,必须进行有效控制,且进料量和进料温度也会对挤压温度造成影响,为了提高双螺杆挤压膨化机的膨化质量,采用串级DMC-PID控制方法对膨化腔温度进行控制,并引入进料量和进料温度作为前馈补偿。首先分析了膨化腔温度控制的基本要求;其次研究了串级DMC-PID温度控制的基本思想,对温度控制系统进行分析设计;然后介绍了动态矩阵控制的算法流程和前馈控制的原理;最后在Matlab中进行仿真分析并进行了现场系统实现,得到较好的控制效果。In the process cffeed expansion,the extrusion temperature is very important and must be effectively controlled,and the amount and temperature cf the feed will also affect the extrusion temperature.In order to improve the expansion quality of the twin-screw extruder,the string is used The level DMC-PID control method controls the temperature of the expansion chamber,and introduces the feed amount and feed temperature as feedforward compensation.Firstly,the basic requirements of the temperature control of the expansion chamber are analyzed^secondly,the basic idea of the cascade DMC-PID temperature control is studied,and the temperature control system is analyzed and designed.Then the algorithmflow of the dynamic matrix control and the principle of feedforward control are introduced.Finally it is carried on simulation analysis in Matlab and carried out on-site system realization.The system gets better control effect.
