摘 要:为测量大扭矩压滤机实际工作时的压力与扭矩,设计了一种压力扭矩测试装置,使用Solidworks对该装置进行三维建模,分析了该装置各部件组成及工作过程。使用ANSYS Workbench对该压力扭矩测试装置进行静态分析,根据仿真结果对结构进行优化,并对比优化前后机构的结构性能。研究结果表明:测力机构最大变形位于测力机构与压滤机压头接触的轴孔处;设计了三种优化结构,其中第三种结构的质量减轻了25.56%,总形变位移减少了6.03%。根据优化结果制备的样机实际工作效果好,达到了预期的效果,符合测试要求。In order to measure the pressure and torque of the high-torque filter press in actual work,a pressure and torque test device was designed.The three-dimensional model of the device was built by Solidworks,and its components and working process were analyzed.The static and optimization analysis of the pressure and torque test device was made in ANSYS Workbench,and the structural performance before and after the optimization was compared.The research results show:the maximum deformation of the force measuring mechanism is located at the shaft hole where the force measuring mechanism and the pressure head of the filter press are in contact;three optimized structures are designed,of which the mass of the third structure is reduced by 25.56%,and the total deformation displacement is reduced by 6.03%.The actual prototype made according to the optimized results is good,the expected effect is achieved,and the test requirements are met.
