摘 要:散热器进出水口位置的布置,既对散热器热分布产生影响,也会对连接管道的布置产生影响,进而对管道内的阻力产生变化。选取管带式散热器进行结构分析和关键参数分析,基于CFD搭建管带式散热器的分析模型,对散热器流动换热特性进行分析,包括中冷器和整体散热器两部分,获取压力场、温度场、流体温度场等的分布;分析翅片间距对散热器性能的影响规律;分析散热器进出水口相对位置的三种搭配方式冷却性能的差异,并分析对应的管道压差,以获取最优的结构设计形式。结果可知:波高F_(L)与芯体厚度T和散热管厚度b密切有关;波距F_(p)直接影响散热带的表面散热面积大小;在冷却空气流速一定的情况下,随着翅片间距的减小,散热器的压损越大,传热系数越高;散热器进出水口左上右下的布置形式,冷却液的阻力最小,设计结果最优,为此类设计提供参考。The layout of the radiator Met and outlet not only affects the heat distribution of the radiator,but also affects the layout of the connecting pipe,and then changes the resistance in the pipe.The structure and key parameters of the tube and strip radiator were analyzed.The analysis model of the tube and strip radiator was built based on CFD.The flow and heat transfer characteristics of the radiator were analyzed,including the intercooler and the whole radiator.The distribution of pressure field,temperature field and fluid temperature field were obtained.The influence of fin spacing on the performance of the radiator was analyzed.The inlet and outlet of the radiator were analyzed,in order to obtain the optimal structure design form,the cooling performance of the three matching ways of the relative position was compared,and the corresponding pipe pressure difference was analyzed.The results show thati wave height F_(L) is closely related to core thickness T and radiator tube thickness b.The wave distance F_(p) directly affects the surface heat dissipation area of radiator.Under the condition of a certain cooling air flow rate,with the decrease of fin,spacing,the greater the pressure loss of radiator,the higher the heat transfer coefficient.The layout of radiator inlet and outlet from left to top and right to bottom,the minimum,resistance of coolant,and the optimal design result,which provides a reference for this kind of design.
