摘 要:汽车行驶过程中动力电池承受着来自路面的随机振动,国家标准中制定了动力电池振动性能测试规范,标准中要求动力电池的随机振动在三个方向上依次测试,测试时间较长。通过单轴及三轴随机振动理论研究,从理论上分析了两者之间的数学关系,进而依据动力电池国家标准,在动力电池模态计算的基础上开展其单轴及三轴的随机振动模拟仿真,结果表明动力电池结构上对应各位置点的x、y、z分别依次随机振动应力结果的均方根叠加等于三轴向同时随机振动的应力结果,动力电池结构z轴向随机振动对试验结果影响极大,动力电池三轴依次随机振动耗时较长,可以考虑z轴向随机振动进行等效,在研发时间紧迫情况下,为缩短动力电池随机振动试验时间和提高研发效率提供理论依据。In the process of vehicle drivings the power battery bears the random vibration from the road.In the national standard,the vibration performance test specification of the power battery is formulated.In the standard,the random vibration of the power battery is required to be tested in three directions in turn,and the test time is long.Through uniaxial and triaxial random vibration theory,the mathematical relationship between the two are analyzed theoretically,and then according to national standard,power battery in power battery mode calculation carried out on the basis of the uniaxial and triaxial random vibration simulation,the results show that power battery structure corresponds to the location points on the x,y,z,respectively,in turn,the results cf random vibration stress superposition of RMS is equal to three axial stress results of random vibration,z axial power battery structure has enormous influence on the random vibration on the test results,power battery triaxial random vibration in turn takes longer,the z axis vibration can be considered to equivalent to the random vibration;In the case of short time of research and development,it provides a theoretical basis far shortening the time of random vibration test of power battery and improving research and development efficiency.
