摘　　要：过敏性鼻炎是一个全球性健康问题,是发病率极高的疾病,在我国也呈高发态势。过敏性鼻炎会对患者生活质量产生深刻的不良影响,甚至导致鼻癌等严重病害,因此,鼻炎防治一直是临床医学研究的重点。本文考察了不同治疗手段和相应治疗仪器特点,综合考虑过敏性鼻炎治疗与致病因素,根据防治一体化设计思想,提出并设计一种新型呼吸面罩,并通过3D打印和电子技术进行制作。经查阅专利、论文发现,目前,国内外并无针对鼻炎治疗设计的呼吸面罩,该呼吸面罩通过有效阻隔和空气过滤,以及温控、智能风控,形成封闭并且恒温、干净、舒适的局部空气环境,同时引入药物缓释设计,实现了过敏性鼻炎防治一体化。另外,呼吸面罩也适用于其他呼吸系统疾病预防和治疗,如流行性感冒、慢阻肺,甚至可作为新型冠状病毒的辅助治疗,考虑该设计的成本优势,本呼吸面罩具有良好的医用价值和巨大的市场价值。Allergic rhinitis is a global health problem,a disease with an extremely high incidence,and also shows a high incidence trend in China.Allergic rhinitis has a profound adverse impact on the quality of life of patients and even leads to serious diseases such as nasal cancer.Therefore,the prevention and treatment of rhinitis has always been the focus of clinical medical research.This paper investigated the characteristics of different treatment methods and corresponding treatment instruments,comprehensively considered the treatment and pathogenic factors of allergic rhinitis,proposed and designed a new type of respiratory mask according to the design idea of integrated prevention and treatment,and made it through 3D printing and electronic technology.After consulting patents and papers,it is found that there is no respiratory mask designed for the treatment of rhinitis at home and abroad at present.This respiratory mask forms a closed,constant temperature,clean and comfortable local air environment through effective barrier,air filtration,temperature control and intelligent wind control.At the same time,the drug release design is introduced to achieve the integration of the prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis.In addition,the respiratory mask is also applicable to the prevention and treatment of other respiratory diseases,such as influenza,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and even the auxiliary treatment of novel coronavirus.Considering the cost advantage of the design,the respiratory mask has good medical value and huge market value.
