摘  要:针对当前水泥混凝土路面接缝施工存在的平整度和密实度较低、不符合施工质量要求等问题,本文以某水泥混凝土道路路面建设项目为例,对其开展冷接缝施工工艺研究。在施工前需要确定路面的横接缝位置,然后对接缝断面进行处理,再对水泥混凝土路面摊铺施工,最后完成接缝位置的碾压并压实,构成对完整的冷接缝施工工艺流程的设计。通过分析施工效果得出结论:采用新的施工工艺完成对水泥混凝土路面的施工,其平整度和密实度均符合道路路面建设质量要求,说明该工艺能够促进路面整体质量提升,进而达到延长道路使用寿命的目的。In view of the problems existing in the joint construction of cement concrete pavement,such as low flatness and compactness,which do not meet the construction quality requirements,taking a cement concrete road pavement construction project as an example,the cold joint construction technology is studied in this paper.Before construction,it is necessary to determine the position of the transverse joint of the pavement,then deal with the joint section,then pave the cement concrete pavement,and finally complete the rolling and compaction of the joint position,forming the design of the complete cold joint construction process.Through the analysis of the construction effect,it is concluded that:The new construction technology is used to complete the construction of cement concrete pavement,and its flatness and compactness meet the quality requirements of road pavement construction,which shows that this technology can promote the overall quality of pavement,thus achieving the purpose of extending the service life of the road.
