摘  要:随着我国通航事业的不断发展,越来越多的人员、物资都涌入通航事业。为了寻求更加科学、合理的管理方式来指导通航事业的发展,依据当下的法律法规及相应的科学方法,对各个通航企业的人员资质、场地设备、维修情况等关乎企业维修能力的项目进行合理的评估,以便构造适合作为行业发展导向的评价体系来规范行业发展,促进企业安全生产。本文结合专家调研结果提出的各个评价标准,结合层次分析法,基于熵权的CRITIC法、模糊综合评价法等科学方法,对评价体系的二级要素进行赋权,最后,通过对个别特殊的指标项目进行合理化处理,从而科学地给出一套评价体系,为通航企业规范维修体系作出参考。With the continuous development of China's aviation industry,more and more people and materials are pouring into it.In order to seek a more scientific and reasonable management method to guide the development of aviation industry,the personnel qualification,site equipment,maintenance and other items related to the enterprise's maintenance ability of each aviation enterprise shall be reasonably evaluated according to the current laws and regulations and the corresponding scientific methods,so as to construct an evaluation system suitable for the industry development orientation to standardize the industry development and promote the enterprise's safe production.In this paper,the secondary elements of the evaluation system are weighted based on various evaluation criteria proposed by experts and scientific methods such as Analytic Hierarchy Process,CRITIC method based on entropy weight,Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method,etc.Finally,a set of evaluation system is scientifically provided by rationalizing individual special index items,which can be used as a reference for aviation enterprises to standardize the maintenance system.
