摘  要:小型模块化反应堆是以液体重金属铅铋合金作为冷却剂的快中子反应堆,具有功率密度大、固有安全性好、系统简单、更易实现长寿期等特点,特别是小型模块化反应堆在安全性、可靠性、经济性和可行性等方面的显著优势,使其具有非常广泛和灵活的应用场景。同时,反应堆一回路流动阻力特性是堆内相关设备设计和一回路自然循环验证的关键输入,是衡量反应堆固有安全性的重要指标。本文对小型模块化反应堆堆本体及一回路流动阻力进行仿真建模并计算分析,该堆本体及一回路系统为一体化池式布置,基于铅铋冷却剂的物理特性和流动过程,利用CFD软件,构建了堆本体中主泵、分配器、堆芯及堆内构件的三维模型,模拟计算了铅铋冷却剂在堆容器内的流动过程,计算结果表明,铅铋冷却剂在采用池式布置的一回路系统中阻力较小、流动特性较好,其计算结果可为堆容器、主泵和主换热器等一回路设备的优化设计提供可靠的数据支撑。The small modular reactor is a fast neutron reactor with liquid heavy metal lead-bismuth alloy as coolant.It has the characteristics of high power density,good inherent safety,simple system and easy to achieve long life.In particular,small modular liquid metal reactor has significant advantages in safety,reliability,economy and feasibility,so that it has very wide and flexible application scenarios.At the same time,the study of primary flow resistance is critical input to the design of the equipment and primary circuit natural circulation in the reactor,and it is an important index to measure the inherent safety characteristics of the reactor.In this paper,the primary flow resistance of non-nuclear integrated devices for small modular lead-bismuth reactor is simulated and analyzed,and the primary circuit structure of the reactor is an integrated pool arrangement.Based on the physical characteristics and flow process of lead-bismuth coolant,CFD software is used to build three-dimensional models of primary pump,distributor,core and internal components in the reactor,and the flow process of lead-bismuth coolant in the reactor is simulated.The results show that the lead-bismuth coolant has preferable flow characteristics in the primary circuit system,and these can provide reliable data support for the design of equipment such as primary pump and primary heat exchanger.
