摘　　要：随着建筑行业的不断发展,水渣粉等水泥相关物料的出口及转运需求不断增加,秦皇岛港股份有限公司杂货港务分公司散水泥筒仓建成已20余年,工艺设计单一,相关配套泊位现已无法满足货主生产需求。秦皇岛港地处我国南北干散货运输的关键要道。本文以秦皇岛港股份有限公司杂货港务分公司散水泥运输装卸系统环保升级改造为例,介绍了杂货公司散水泥部设备的基本情况;针对环保管控、产能效率等需求,对散水泥运输装卸系统进行环保升级改造;该项目集成了多种除尘、抑尘手段,并对该项目的工艺设备除尘方案、装卸效率控制方案及筒仓修缮布置方案进行了分析,对于提升企业服务质量、提高部门生产效率、响应国家环保政策等方面具有重要意义。With the development of the construction industry,the export and transport demand of cement related materials such as water slag powder is increasing.The bulk cement silo of the General Cargo Branch of Qinhuangdao Port Co.,Ltd.has been built for more than 20 years.The process design is single,and the related supporting berths cannot meet the production needs of shippers now.Qinhuangdao Port is located in the key road of the north-south dry bulk cargo transportation in China.Taking the environmental upgrading of the bulk cement transportation and handling system of the General Cargo Branch of Qinhuangdao Port Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper introduces the basic situation of the equipment of the bulk cement department of the general cargo company.The bulk cement transportation and handling system has been upgraded to meet the needs of environmental control,productivity and efficiency.The project integrates a variety of dust removal methods,it also analyzes the dedusting scheme of process equipment,loading and unloading efficiency control scheme and silo repair layout scheme of the project,which is of great significance for improving the service quality of enterprises,improving the production efficiency of departments,responding to national environmental protection policies,etc.
