摘 要:锂离子电池由于具有出色的应用性能被广泛应用于消费电子、动力电池和储能电池等领域。隔膜作为锂离子电池中的核心材料之一,对于电池的电性能和安全性能起着至关重要的作用,但是,目前我国高端隔膜制造的工艺技术与国际先进水平相比仍有一定的差距。为了响应未来低碳经济,把关键核心技术掌握在自己手中,需要研发高性能、高品质锂离子电池隔膜,项目是基于目前聚烯烃锂离子电池隔膜表面涂层化技术的创新发展。本文主要分析关于在锂离子电池隔膜表面进行特殊耐热涂层改性的相关研究内容,并对当前项目开发过程和取得的创新成果进行经验总结。Lithium-ion batteries are widely used in consumer electronics,power batteries and energy storage batteries due to their excellent application performance.As one of the core materials in lithium-ion batteries,the separator plays a vital role in the electrical performance and safety performance of the battery.However,the manufacturing technology of high-end separator in China still lags behind the international advanced level.In order to respond to the future low-carbon economy and master the key core technologies in their own hands,it is necessary to develop high-performance and high-quality lithium-ion battery separators.The project is based on the innovative development of coating technology on the surface of polyolefin lithium-ion battery separators.This paper mainly analyzes the research contents related to the modification of special heat-resistant coating on the membrane surface of lithium ion battery,and summarizes the experience of the current project development process and the innovative achievements.
