PHC桩基在实际工程应用中的几点探讨

摘　　要：PHC桩(预应力高强混凝土管桩)是在平原地区高层建筑中常见到的一种主要的桩型,其具有供应充足、施工速度快、承载力稳定、经济性好等优点,因而应用广泛,但在使用时,必须明白其优缺点和使用范围,在抗震8度区以上和软土地区应慎用。本文结合一些高层建筑采用PHC桩的工程实例,从设计选型、施工、桩基检测、施工图审查4个方面分析和探讨应用情况,为类似采用PHC桩基的工程提供了经验参考的依据。PHC pile(prestressed high strength concrete pipe pile)is a major pile type commonly found in the high-rise buildings in plain areas,which has the advantages of plentiful supply,fast construction speed,stable bearing capacity and good economy,etc.,so it is widely used,PHC pile(prestressed high strength concrete pipe pile)is a major pile type commonly found in high-rise buildings in plain areas,which has the advantages of sufficient supply,fast construction speed,stable bearing capacity,good economy,etc.,so it is widely used.But when used,it is necessary to understand its advantages and disadvantages and the scope of use.It should be used with caution in seismic 8 degree areas and soft ground areas.Based on some engineering examples of PHC piles used in high-rise buildings,this paper analyzes and discusses the application from four aspects:design selection,construction,pile foundation inspection,and construction drawing review,which provides an empirical reference basis for similar projects using PHC pile foundations.
