摘  要:长蕊石头花茶富含钙、铁、锌、硒、镁等矿质元素,并富含黄酮和皂苷等生物活性物质具有抗氧化、增强细胞活性的功能,本研究对长蕊石头花茶进行了安全性毒理学实验,通过急性毒性实验、小鼠精子畸形实验,结果表明受试长蕊石头花茶属无毒级;小鼠精子致畸形实验结果均为阴性,并对实验动物体重无不良影响,各剂量组与阴性对照组无显著差异。说明长蕊石头花茶无毒、无致畸形作用。本研究为长蕊石头花茶的产品进一步开发提供科学依据。Gypsophila oldhamiana Miq.tea is rich in calcium,iron,zinc,selenium and magnesium and other mineral elements.It is rich in flavonoids and saponin,which have the functions of anti-oxidation and enhancing cell activity.In this study,the safety toxicology experiment of Gypsophila oldhamiana Miq.tea was carried out.Through the acute toxicity test and spermatozoa deformation test on mice,the experimental results showed that the tested Gypsophila oldhamiana Miq.tea was non-toxic.The results of spermatozoa deformation on mice were negative,and there was no adverse effect on the weight of experimental animals.There was no significant difference between the dose groups and the negative control group.The results showed that Gypsophila oldhamiana Miq.tea was non-toxic and non teratogenic for mice.
