摘 要:甲苯催化氧化产物苯甲醛是最简单的芳香醛,常被用来制备香料和调味料,其衍生物也在医药、农药和化妆品等领域被广泛应用。并且甲苯作为VOCs的一种典型的污染物,其催化氧化的研究对VOCs的控制具有重要意义。传统甲苯氯化水解制备苯甲醛工艺,产品中含氯化物会限制其使用,所以甲苯液相氧化法被广泛研究,由于其产物的选择性普遍较低,所以开发甲苯液相氧化的新催化体系已成为今后特别关注的问题。本文综述了甲苯催化氧化反应的各种催化体系以及甲苯液相氧化制备苯甲醛的研究进展。Benzaldehyde,the catalytic oxidation product of toluene,is the simplest aromatic aldehyde,which is often used to prepare spices and seasonings.Its derivatives are also widely used in medicine,pesticides and cosmetics.And toluene as a typical VOCs pollutant,its catalytic oxidation research is of great significance to the control of VOCs.The traditional process of chlorination hydrolysis of toluene to prepare benzaldehyde is limited by the chlorine content in the product,so the liquid-phase oxidation of toluene has been widely studied.As the selectivity of its products is generally low,the development of a new catalytic system for liquid-phase oxidation of toluene has become a special concern in the future.The research progress of catalytic oxidation of toluene and the preparation of benzaldehyde by liquid oxidation of toluene were reviewed.
