摘  要:近年来,随着我国农业向着规模化、产业化的发展趋势逐步加快,万寿菊的发展市场方兴未艾。万寿菊有丰富的药理活性价值,因此,万寿菊中提取的叶黄素有很大的药理价值,基于这些丰富的药理活性价值,目前已被大规模运用于禽类饲料加工、化妆品、医疗、药品、食品加工和烟草等各领域。本文对万寿菊中的药理活性和提取工艺进行综述,进一步优化万寿菊的开发条件,并对万寿菊的研究进行展望,以期能发现更多的药理活性更好地运用于各领域,进而更好服务人类。In recent years,the development market of marigold is in the ascendant with the development trend of large-scale and industrialization.Marigold has extensive pharmacological activities in the value,therefore,extraction of lutein in marigold,there is a lot of pharmacological value based on the rich value of pharmacological activities,has been large-scale applied to poultry feed processing,cosmetics,medical,pharmaceutical,food processing and tobacco fields.In this paper,the pharmacological activities of marigold and extraction technology were reviewed,further optimize the development conditions of marigold,and prospect the research of marigold.It is hoped that more pharmacological activities can be found and better applied in various fields,so as to better serve human beings.
