流动注射法在密云水库水中挥发酚测定中的适用性

摘　　要：使用BDFIA-8000型号全自动流动注射分析仪对《水质挥发酚的测定流动注射-4-氨基安替比林分光光度法》进行方法验证。验证结果显示,标准曲线、检出限、测定下限、精密度、标准样品测定、加标回收率测定等指标均满足方法要求,结合考核断面比对结果,确保了该方法在密云水库水中挥发酚测定中的适用性。BDFIA-8000 automatic flow injection analyzer was used to verify the method of“Water Quality,Determination of Volatile Phenols,Flow Injection-4-Aminoantipyrine Spectrophotometer”.The verification results show that the standard curve,detection limit,determination lower limit,precision,standard sample determination,standard addition recovery determination and other indicators all meet the method requirements,combined with the comparison results of the examination sections,the adaptability of this method in the determination of volatile phenols in Miyun Reservoir water is ensured.
