摘  要:工业湿法净化磷酸色度的影响因素较多,如何降低净化磷酸色度且不带入其他新的杂质一直是行业研究的重点,为了制取色度更低的净化磷酸,优化净化磷酸脱色的工艺流程,找到合适的深度脱色方法,得到脱色规律。通过对活性炭脱色、双氧水脱色、树脂脱色和膜技术脱色效果进行研究,总结相关脱色工艺,为继续探讨工业湿法净化磷酸脱色技术提供指导。There are many factors affecting the chromaticity of industrial wet purification phosphoric acid.How to reduce the chromaticity of purified phosphoric acid without bringing in other new impurities has always been the focus of industry research.In order to produce purified phosphoric acid with lower chromaticity,optimize the process flow of decolorization of purified phosphoric acid,find a suitable deep decolorization method,and obtain the decolorization law.The decolorization effects of activated carbon,hydrogen peroxide,resin and membrane technology were studied,and the related decolorization processes were summarized to provide guidance for further discussion on the decolorization technology of industrial wet purification phosphoric acid.
