摘　　要：目的:观察枇杷清肺饮治疗肺经风热型轻中度痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将70例肺经风热型轻中度痤疮患者按照随机数字表法分为常规组和试验组,每组各35例。常规组给予类人胶原蛋白敷料,试验组在常规组治疗的基础上给予枇杷清肺饮治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、复发率及治疗前后中医证候积分、皮肤生理指标变化情况。结果:常规组有效率为80.00%,试验组有效率为94.28%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后各项中医证候积分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后试验组低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后皮损数量、红斑值、黑色素、皮肤失水量、皮脂分泌量低于本组治疗前,皮肤亮度值及角质层含水量高于本组治疗前,且治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组复发率低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:枇杷清肺饮治疗肺经风热型轻中度痤疮,能够改善患者皮肤生理指标,提高皮肤屏障修复功能,降低痤疮复发率。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Folium Eriobotryae Lung-Clearing Beverage in treating mild to moderate acne of lung meridian wind-heat type.Methods:A total of 70 patients with mild to moderate acne of lung meridian wind-heat type were randomly divided into the routine group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with human-like collagen excipients,while the experimental group was treated with Folium Eriobotryae Lung-Clearing Beverage on the basis of the routine group.The changes of TCM syndrome scores and skin physiological indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate in the routine group was 80.00%,while that in the experimental group was 94.28%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of various TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the experimental group;s were lower than those of the routine group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Aiter treatment,the number of skin lesions,erythema value,melanin,skin water loss,and sebum secretion in the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment,while the skin brightness value and cuticle water content in the two groups were higher than thoseof the same group before treatment.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of mild to moderate acne of lung meridian wind-heat type,Folium Eriobotryae Lung-Clearing Beverage can improve the patientsz skin physiological indicators,enhance skin barrier repair function,and reduce the recurrence rate of acne.
