摘　　要：中医药治疗H型高血压的疗法有中药汤剂、针刺、艾灸、放血、推拿、穴位贴敷等,可有效缓解H型高血压的临床症状,减少并发症及对心、脑、肾、血管等靶器官的损害。但目前,中医对H型高血压的病因病机研究缺少具备证候特点的动物模型及大量循证医学依据,对中医药降压机制的研究不够明确;辨证分型标准不统一,准确性尚存争议;中医药治疗H型高血压的临床经验不足,对于其进行的实验也大多是小样本实验,重复性不足,而且中医药降压效果较慢,还需要在临床中继续积累经验。今后,应进一步研究中医药降压的方式及其临床应用的安全性,将中医学精华与现代医学融会贯通,为以后治疗H型高血压病提供更有效的方法和理论依据。TCM therapies for H-type hypertension include Chinese medicinal decoction,acupuncture,moxibustion,bloodletting,massage,acupoint application,etc.,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of H-type hypertension,reduce complications and damage to the heart,brain,kidney,blood vessels and other target organs.However,at present,the study of etiology and pathogenesis of H-type hypertension in TCM lacks of animal models with syndromic characteristics and a large number of evidencebased medical evidence,and the study of the antihypertensive mechanism of TCM is not clear enough.The classification standard of syndrome differentiation is not uniform and the accuracy is controversial.TCM has insufficient clinical experience of treating H-type hypertension,and most of the experiments conducted on it are small sample experiments with insufficient repeatability.Besides,the antihypertensive effect of TCM is slow,so it is necessary to accumulate experience in clinical practice.In the future,it is necessary to further study the way of reducing blood pressure of TCM and the safety of its clinical application,so as to integrate the essence of TCM with modem medicine,provide more effective methods and theoretical basis for the treatment of H-type hypertension in the future.
