摘  要:一般采用常规树脂制备的高固体分环氧涂料黏度很高(除非采用特制的低相对分子质量树脂),所以施工比较困难,难以形成良好的涂层。为了提高涂层质量,涂料施工人员会添加稀释剂来降低其黏度,这样会在一定程度上增加VOC的排放。本研究采用一种高相对分子质量长碳链化合物—LL-1改性树脂来替代部分市售液体环氧树脂,该树脂黏度低,不参与反应,与液体环氧树脂以及颜填料的相容性好。另外LL-1改性树脂沸点>300℃,可不计入VOC排放,从而减少VOC含量。这种树脂能在保证纯环氧涂料性能的基础上,又可提高涂层的柔韧性和耐酸性,还可适当降低成本。Generally,the viscosity of high solid epoxy coatings formulated with commonly used resins are very high(unless using lowM w resins),so it is difficult to be applied as forming a good film.In order to improve the quality of coating film,applicators will always add thinner to reduce its viscosity,which will definately increase VOC emissions.In this paper,a high Mw long carbon chain compound LL-1 resin is used to partially replace liquid epoxy resin.The modified resin is featured by low viscosity,good compatibility with liquid epoxy resin and pigment/fillers,and non reacttivity.In addition,as the boiling point of LL-1 resin is over 300℃,it may not be listed in the VOC emission.Therefore,it reduced the VOC content accordingly.Furthermore,this resin can improve the flexibility and acid resistance of the coating film on the basis of ensuring the performance of the pure epoxy coatings.At the same time,it can also reduce the cost appropriately.
