摘　　要：目的分析河南省基层高血压专题培训基层医护人员培训前后知识掌握情况,为河南省基层医疗机构推广高血压诊疗及管理能力同质化目标提供数据支持。方法调查2019年8月-2021年11月河南省9个市15个县6607名基层医护人员高血压专题培训知识掌握情况,分析培训前后知识掌握效果。结果6607人培训前考试时<60分人数占比37.32%,≥80分的人数占比20.12%,通过规范化培训后<60人数占比9.23%,≥80分的人数占比59.24%。不同县域、机构、职称的医护人员培训前后对高血压知识掌握有差异,经过规范化培训,对高血压诊疗及管理知识掌握都不同程度的提高,且考试成绩差距小,培训前后不同人群降压目标、药物使用(联合用药)等方面知识错误率较高。结论规范化、标准化高血压专项知识培训可以提升基层医护人员高血压诊疗及管理知识掌握能力。需要强化基层医护人员对高血压不同人群降压目标、药物使用(联合用药)等方面知识培训。现阶段有必要加强对参与基本公共卫生服务项目工作的护理人员、公卫人员、管理人员高血压防治知识培训。Objective To analyze the knowledge mastery of primary medical staff before and after the training of hypertension in primary medical institutions in Henan Province,and to provide data support for the promotion of homogenization of hypertension diagnosis and management ability in primary medical institutions in Henan Province.Methods From August 2019 to November 2021,the knowledge of hypertension training for 6607 primary medical staff in 15 counties of 9 cities in Henan Province was investigated,and the effect of knowledge mastery before and after training was analyzed.Results Among 6607 people,the number of people with less than 60 scores in the pre-training examination accounted for 37.32%,and the number of people with more than 80 scores accounted for 20.12%.After standardized training,the number of people with less than 60 scores accounted for 9.23%,and the number of people with more than 80 scores accounted for 59.24%.There were differences in the knowledge of hypertension before and after the training of medical staff in different counties,institutions and professional titles.After standardized training,the knowledge of hypertension diagnosis,treatment and management was improved to varying degrees,and the gap in test scores was small.Before and after training,the error rate of knowledge about antihypertensive goals and drug use(combined medication)was higher in different population.Conclusion The regulation and standardization hypertension special knowledge training can improve the ability of primary medical staff to master hypertension diagnosis and management knowledge.It is necessary to strengthen the knowledge training of primary medical staff on antihypertensive targets and drug use(combination therapy)in different populations with hypertension.At present,it is necessary to strengthen the training of hypertension prevention and treatment knowledge for nurses,public health personnel and managers who participate in basic public health service projects.
