摘  要:低钠细晶煅烧氧化铝是一种应用广泛的精细氧化铝,开发低钠细晶煅烧氧化铝绿色高效低成本制备技术意义重大。本文研究了预处理对工业氧化铝脱钠效果的影响以及晶习调整剂和晶种对煅烧氧化铝相转化率、氧化钠杂质含量、原晶粒度、研磨性能的影响,研究结果表明:以工业氧化铝为原料,通过原料预处理脱钠提纯,添加晶种异相成核诱导和晶习调整剂可以调控煅烧氧化铝的原晶粒度,提高相转化率,降低氧化钠杂质含量,得到高α相含量、低钠且原晶细小均匀的煅烧氧化铝,开发了回转窑煅烧生产低钠细晶氧化铝技术。Low sodium fine crystal calcined alumina is a kind of special alumina widely used.It is of great significance to develop a green,efficient and low-cost preparation technology of low sodium fine crystal calcined alumina.In this paper,the effects of pretreatment on the effect of sodium removal of industrial alumina and the effects of crystal habit modifier and crystal seed on the phase conversion of calcined alumina,sodium oxide impurity content,original grain size and grinding performance were investigated,the results showed that with industrial alumina as raw material,the primary grain size of calcined alumina could be controlled by adding seed and crystal growth habit modifier,the phase conversion could be improved,the impurity content of sodium oxide could be reduced,and the calcined alumina with highαphase content,low sodium,fine and uniform primary grain could be obtained,the technology of producing low sodium fine alumina by rotary kiln calcination was developed.
