摘  要:本文探究了利用铝灰熟料制备干式防渗料的可行性。通过电解质侵蚀实验,研究了不同铝灰熟料含量对防渗料抗电解质侵蚀性能的影响。结果表明,铝灰熟料含量为16%时,生成了致密均一的防渗层,防渗料质量侵蚀率和电解质渗透深度最小,防渗效果最佳。经截面形貌观察和XRD分析,防渗层为Na_(6)(AlSiO_(4))_(6)玻璃霞石相,有效阻挡了电解质的进一步渗透,防渗层下方物料仍保持疏松。The feasibility of preparing dry barrier materials with aluminum ash clinker was studied in this paper.The effect of different aluminum ash clinker content on the anti-penetration ability of barrier materials was investigated by electrolyte erosion experiment.The results show that when the content of aluminum ash clinker is 16%,a dense and uniform barrier layer is formed,the mass erosion rate of barrier material and electrolyte penetration depth are the minimum,and the anti-penetration property is the best.Through cross-sectional morphology observation and XRD analysis,the barrier layer is Na_(6)(AlSiO_(4))_(6)glass nepheline phase,which effectively prevents the further penetration of electrolyte,and the materials under the barrier layer remain loose.
