摘 要:对某厂家400 kA铝电解槽进行了电场测试后进行分析总结,提出通过阴极钢棒倾斜高度加高来影响阴极电压降,同时减小传统铝电解槽内铝液中存在的水平电流。利用Solid Works三维建模及COMSOL三维仿真模拟软件,对400 kA铝电解槽进行了数值模拟,考察此种改进方案对于阴极电压降的影响和铝液中水平电流的优化作用。The electric field test of a 400 kA aluminum reduction cell in a manufacturer was analyzed and summarized.It was proposed that the cathode voltage drop could be affected by increasing the inclination height of the cathode collector bar,and the horizontal current of the liquid aluminum in the traditional aluminum reduction cell could be reduced at the same time.By using Solid Works 3D modeling and COMSOL 3D simulation software,the 400 kA aluminum reduction cell was numerically simulated,and the influence of the improved design on cathode voltage drop and the optimization of horizontal current in liquid aluminum were investigated.
